What do we actually do?

Presenting an artistic project on the road has become essential for all artists and musicians to meet their audience. We therefore do everything we can to facilitate this moment and take care of the artists, teams, and production in general.

To do this, we can, among other things, create cohesive teams, establish budgets tailored to the project, and enter into agreements with new partners to make life on the road easier.

Experienced in dealing with a wide range of scenarios, venues, and budgetary needs, from new and emerging acts to full international touring.

From the first conversations to the very last show. The core of any project is staffed by our full-time Production, Tour, and Stage Managers. 

OUR TASKS INCLUDE

+ Staffing crew & hiring vendors in adequacy with the tour
+ Travel, accommodation coordination and booking
+ Coordinate gear logistics: shipments and rentals with various vendors worldwide
+ Tour Pre-Production
+ Knowledge of backline, sound, lighting, video, pyrotechnics, lasers, power, rigging
+ Tour Advancing & Logistics
+ Processing immigration & customs paperwork (team’s visas & ATA carnets)
+ Day to Day schedule & logistics on the road
+ Pre-tour budget, daily tour accounting, settlement, tour reconciliation
+ Press event coordination with management / label / publicist
+ Merchandise logistics
+ Project & event consultancy
