Pour cela nous pourrons, entre autres, créer des équipes cohérentes, établir des budgets à taille du projet et conclure des marchés avec de nouveaux partenaires rendant la vie sur la route plus facile.

+ Travel, accommodation coordination and booking
+ Coordinate gear logistics: shipments and rentals with various vendors worldwide
+ Tour Pre-Production
+ Knowledges of backline, sound, lighting, video, pyrotechnic, laser, power, rigging
+ Tour Advancing & Logistics
+ Processing immigration & customs paperwork (team’s visas & ATA carnets)
+ Day to Day schedule & logistics on the road
+ Pre-tour budget, daily tour accounting, settlement, tour reconciliation
+ Press event coordination with management / label / publicist
+ Merchandise logistics
